How we supply materials

  • Lot-level traceability

Every unit is recorded against a numbered lot, from receipt to the order it ships in.

  • Tested lot by lot

Every lot is tested for identity and purity, and its certificate names the laboratory that did the work.

  • Certificate of Analysis access

Verified certificates are public, searchable and downloadable as the laboratory's original PDF.

  • Research-only supply

Sold to qualified research customers who confirm research use at entry, registration and checkout.

Each listing shows the lot you would receive and the state of its certificate.

Every unit traces back to its analysis.

Our records connect each vial to its lot, each lot to its laboratory report, and each order to the lots it contained. You can follow that chain from either end.

Research standards

How materials are recorded, documented, stored and supplied. We describe our process here, not what a material does.

Read our documentation framework
Lot tracking
Lot numbers are assigned at receipt and appear on the vial label, packing slip and invoice.
Analytical documentation
Purity and identity values are shown only after a certificate is checked against the laboratory's original report.
Storage requirements
Each lot record states its storage conditions, and stock is held under those conditions until it ships.
Research-only supply policy
Every order carries recorded research-use acknowledgments and is reviewed before payment is requested.
Quality control
A lot is released for sale only after receipt checks. If a lot is withdrawn, affected customers are notified from the order record.

Questions before ordering

Something else? Contact our team about orders, availability or documentation.

Who may purchase?

Qualified research customers aged 21 or older, buying for legitimate laboratory or in-vitro research. We may ask for organization details before an order ships, and we decline orders that do not fit our research-use policy.

How can I obtain a COA?

Search the documentation portal by compound, lot number or COA number. Certificates for lots you have received are also listed in your account, and our documentation team can send a certificate on request.

Are certificates lot-specific?

Yes. Each certificate belongs to one lot, and each unit we ship is recorded against the lot it came from. Purity and identity appear only once that lot's certificate is verified.

How should laboratory materials be stored?

Follow the storage conditions on the lot record and the vial label. Keep containers sealed and stored as specified until use in your laboratory.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from the United States. Each order is reviewed before payment is requested, and ships once payment clears.

Can support provide administration or dosing information?

No. Our team does not give dosing, administration, injection or reconstitution guidance, or any advice about human or animal use. Support covers orders, availability and documentation only.
